Sun-gazing can eliminate psychological and physical problems, as it recharges the body, mind and soul. Again: I DO NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT SUN GAZING WITH OPENED EYES, IT WAS A MISTAKE OF MINE. It is sometimes done as part of a spiritual or religious practice.
